Frames

Is my life one sequence of movements?

One frame after another frame.

The meaning lost in the mechanics.

Pillow’s Rim

The imperfections of the day

the rays arresting on the pillow’s rim.

Yesterday’s frost dissolves

on the pillow’s rim.

The next day’s imperfections

mirror again, the mirage.

Gardening

I’ve been pulling up weeds in my mind

Hoping to untangle them:

Poison bitter wants

Frosted stubbles

Burnt moss

Garden untethered

Wishes longing
